Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Seasonal Catering Supervisor to lead our catering team and ensure top-notch service at all event spaces. Qualifications

• Six months' experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff; manage guest questions and resolve issues.
• Basic math skills to accurately account for cash and inventory; no college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise catering team members.
• Ensure all food preparations, presentations, and service meet standards.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and report any violations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve guest complaints.
