Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Banquet Servers to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Banquet Server, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting.

Pay is $17.15 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. The role requires setup, timely service, guest care, and adherence to policies in a fast-paced sports venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables following banquet event orders.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed.
• Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints.
• Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures.
• Break down the event according to company procedures.
