Job summary

The RiverCentre in downtown St. Paul is hiring immediately for a Catering Attendant to ensure food and beverage safety, quality and consistency while providing excellent guest service during events.

Responsibilities include proper setup and breakdown of equipment, transporting food from the kitchen to serving stations and event rooms, basic prep tasks, bussing tables and event cleanup, and assisting with offsite catering as needed.

Qualifications

• Some related experience or training in a high-volume, high energy, upscale food and beverage environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper set up and break down of all necessary equipment for an event.
• Collects and transports food from the kitchen to serving stations and event rooms.
• Performs basic food and beverage preparation such as brewing coffee, tossing salads, and popping popcorn.
• Busses tables and completes event cleanup.
• Loads and unloads trucks for offsite catering events.
