Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) is seeking reliable, energetic Server/Event Team Members to support LMH-sponsored events including corporate meetings and community gatherings. You will deliver attentive service, maintain a polished appearance, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Professional Appearance: clean, polished look and proper dress code.
• Customer Service Skills: friendly, courteous interactions with guests.
• Reliability & Punctuality: consistent attendance and on-time arrival.
• Physical Stamina: stand long periods, lift 25–40 lbs, fast-paced environment.
• Experience Preferred: serving/catering/event experience welcome but not required; training provided.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• LMH accredited by DNV and TJC; may require annual education related to standards.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup/Breakdown: arrange tables, chairs, linens, décor, service stations; clean and reset spaces.
• Food & Beverage Service: serve drinks, meals, hors d’oeuvres; monitor buffets; refill beverages; keep areas clean.
• Guest Support: greet attendees and answer questions; ensure positive guest experience.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with event leads, catering staff, and teammates.
