The University of Minnesota in Minneapolis is seeking a Catering Attendant to support events across the Arboretum campus. You will deliver, set up, and serve food and beverages, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

This role requires reliability, basic food safety knowledge, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Training such as TIPS is provided, with opportunities to learn and advance within campus catering services.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety.
• TIPS training and any other required training before first shift.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Available for evenings and weekends.
• Driver's license and ability to drive an Arboretum vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver catering orders from the kitchen to event spaces.
• Set up beverage stations, food drops, and buffets.
• Table service as events require; serving during buffets.
• Clean up after service and organize supplies/inventory.
• Work with events, facilities, and catering staff.
• Communicate challenges or guest requests to the Supervisor.
• Follow Supervisor's directions and observe safety procedures.
• Arrive on time in appropriate uniform and adhere to liquor regulations.
