Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring an on-call Catering Attendant at Saint Catherine University in Saint Paul, MN. You will deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the catering captain, set up and break down events, and ensure a clean, safe environment during and after service.

Nights and weekends are required. Prior catering experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license may be required and food handler/alcohol server permits may be needed by state law. Apply online now.

Qualifications

• Prior catering experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges buffets and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Returns leftovers and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
