Legends Global at Truist Arena in Highland Heights, KY is seeking part-time Catering/Kitchen Prep/Cook team members for our Food & Beverage department. Work is event-based with no guaranteed hours, and schedules vary week to week.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of banquet facility experience, can multitask, and create attractive buffet presentations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least one-year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events.
• Ability to work with other staff members and complete multiple tasks.
• Creative with buffet food presentations and maintains a quality product.
• Must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Maintaining all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
• Must be creative in designing buffet food presentations.
• Preparing recipes as directed.
• Must take direction well.
• Maintain clean safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
