Responsibilities

• Fulfills service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Maintains kitchen equipment cleanliness and performs routine maintenance.
• Creates appealing buffet food presentations.
• Prepares recipes as directed.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
