Job summary

SP+ is hiring an Event Attendant/Cashier in Milwaukee to support a checkout-free parking experience. You will greet customers, answer questions, direct traffic, and manage cash transactions with accuracy in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities include counting vehicles, issuing tickets, and reporting incidents to management. Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required. A valid driver's license may be needed for some roles.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• Availability: Special shift requirements; may require 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends.
• License: Valid state-issued driver's license if driving company vehicle.
• Language: Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate with customers and employees.
• Mathematical: Basic arithmetic with money.
• Appearance & Physical: Neat, complete uniform; stand, walk outdoors in varying weather; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend shifts on time in uniform.
• Assist customers courteously and answer questions.
• Direct customers to parking spaces and count vehicles as needed.
• Handle cash, issue receipts, and maintain cash security.
• Write and issue warnings for policy violations and report incidents to management.
