Job description

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Embodies our Core Values at all times
2. Ability to travel between both properties; Amherst and Derry
3. Keeping LaBelle standard up to speed with how the building looks and is organized in both storage and guest facing spaces
4. Prepare tables, serving stations or buffet tables for service
5. Serve food and beverages to guests at their tables or at serving stations as needed
6. Provide bar service to guests, including cash and credit transactions as needed
7. Provide staff with necessary training including customer service and serving etiquette
8. Tend to all guests’ requests, questions and complaints
9. Must be efficient in bar, POS, and backend of operation training.
10. Ensure efficient coordinations of events with the guidance of the Hospitality Manager.
11. Work as a team with all LaBelle personnel to maintain a productive atmosphere and efficient food and beverage service.
12. Assist all managers
13. Familiarize with all menu items including dietary restrictions
14. Confirm sufficient amount of inventory regarding linens, florals, centerpieces, audio/visual requirements and the like.
15. Ensure take down of events are completed timely.
16. Ensure all closing procedures are completed timely.
17. Be present at all required events including LaBelle Lights shifts.
18. Manage communication with Hospitality Manager at all times.
19. Ensure events comply with all healthy and safety regulations.
20. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Associate Degree; Hospitality Management preferred
2. FOH experience
3. Ability to maintain stress and composure at all times
4. Strong communication skills required
5. Attention to detail and organization
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift 35lbs
2. Ability to walk/stand for extended periods
3. Ability to climb stairs, ladders
4. Ability to work in a food/wine environment
5. Ability to travel to both properties; Amherst and Derry

Schedule: Full time/part time days, nights, weekend and holidays

Compensation: 10.00/hourly, and tips
