Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an opening for a Box Office / Ticket Attendant at the Boeing Center. Responsible for assisting customers, scanning event tickets, and helping with seat accommodations during events.

The position requires strong customer service skills, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with ticket scanning devices preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Able to stand for long periods and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Operate and troubleshoot ticket scanning devices during events.
• Scan tickets throughout events to verify entry.
• Assist patrons with venue questions and seating information.
• Support Box Office windows during events with ticketing issues.
• Answer questions about pricing, seating, and upcoming events.
• Report to work on time, in clean uniform with badge.
• Maintain professional appearance per venue dress code.
