Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Bartender to provide beverage service at our bars, handling both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options in a fast-paced setting. You will be personable, professional, and available to work events as needed. The role is part-time and pays $19.00 per hour with tip eligibility.

Qualifications

• Six months or more bartending experience.
• Accurate cash handling skills required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in guest service and uniform standards.
• Set up bars with inventory and equipment; serve alcoholic beverages.
• Learn bar menus and upsell products to guests.
• Check IDs to verify minimum age; follow state/federal regulations.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and de-escalate intoxicated guests.
• Restock products and manage the issued bank at the bar.
