The Gilmore Collection in West Michigan is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dining team. You will craft beverages, maintain bar inventory, and deliver friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage preparation according to recipes and standards.
• Stock and maintain bar supplies including alcohol, glassware, ice, and other items.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Efficiently manage a full bar top and take orders from cocktail station and dining area.
• Safe handling of liquids and cleaning agents; operate bar equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively to understand and execute job requirements.
• Multitask and stay calm in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Deliver exceptional service exceeding guests' expectations and anticipate needs.

• Record orders and handle transactions per restaurant policy.
• Provide menu and promotion information to guests using sales techniques.
• Follow health, safety, and service protocols.
