Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages to guests in a fast, courteous and efficient manner.
• Take orders from patrons at the bar or through servers.
• Pour, mix, and serve drinks following standard recipes; check IDs.
• Maintain liquor, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies; ensure cleanliness.
• Take payments and handle cash; monitor safety and report issues.
• Keep bar area organized; ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and report to management.
