Hourly | Part-Time | $50.00/hr for Events

We’re seeking experienced, polished Banquet Bartenders to provide exceptional beverage service for events at Huntress. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, deliver elevated guest experiences, and work seamlessly as part of a team.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, and company standards
• Process guest transactions accurately when applicable
• Complete opening, event, and closing side work
• Communicate effectively with guests, service staff, and management

Education & Experience

• Minimum 1+ year of bartending experience in restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, events, or similar hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• RBS certification and San Diego County Food Handler Card required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Training & Event Pay

Employees will initially be hired as Servers and complete required training at $17.75/hr. Upon successful completion of training, employees working scheduled Banquet Bartender events will be paid $50.00/hr.
