Job summary

You will set up and stock bars, work with the banquet team, adhere to alcohol policies, and handle cash or card transactions. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience in banquet or event settings preferred.
• Valid alcohol awareness certification required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests, providing personalized service with a friendly demeanor.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the bar before, during, and after events.
• Adhere to all alcohol service policies and ensure guests are served responsibly.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to deliver a seamless event experience.
• Handle transactions and reconcile cash/credit at the end of each event.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
