Job summary

HCW Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Bartender to craft beverages and deliver warm, attentive service at events. You’ll contribute to memorable guest celebrations through crafted cocktails and smooth service.

You will set up and stock bars, work with the banquet team, adhere to alcohol policies, and handle cash or card transactions. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience in banquet or event settings preferred.
• Valid alcohol awareness certification required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
