Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tear down portable bars for catered events.
• Mix drinks, serve wine and beer, check IDs, and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and liquor regulations.
• Deliver fast, high-quality service while managing responsibilities.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Maintain awareness of liquor costs and minimize waste.
• Serve guests in a consistent manner and maintain awareness of all functions, events, and meetings taking place at any given time.
• Adhere to predefined drink service guidelines and beverage familiarization.
• Implement beverage service and close the bar as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Familiarize with all policies related to liquor liability laws, revenue-related procedures, and relevant policies.
