Job summary

Ginger And Baker Llc in Fort Collins seeks an energetic Event Bartender to provide attentive service at events and at the bartop. You will craft cocktails, serve wine and beer, take orders, and engage guests with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires 2+ years of bartending in high-volume settings, a 21+ age minimum, and adherence to safety and sanitation practices. Training for TIPS/Serve Safe may be provided.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • At least 2 years extensive bartending experience in large-volume environments.
  • TIPS and Serve Safe certifications (training provided if not current).
  • Maintain hospitality mentality—warm, generous, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and friendly service at events and at bartop.
  • Handle beverage orders, mix drinks according to recipes, and serve wine/beer.
  • Balance cash till and POS sales; manage cash handling accurately.
  • Assist with event setup, cleanup, and side-work as needed by the service team.
  • Maintain clean, sanitary workspace and proper stock levels.

Your warm, personal attention provides a memorable first impression for our guests in providing superior service and memorable experiences resulting in potential repeat and referral business of our restaurants, bars and facilities, making them feel welcome and valued. Personally, engage with our guests in a warm and authentic manner at all times.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESShowcase your talents as Bartender with Ginger and BakerProvides attentive and friendly service to customers in events and at bartopFully set for custom bar selections before each event in various locations in the buildingAbility to execute accurate cocktails in a timely manner while engaging with event guestsWine, beer and cocktail knowledgeTakes beverage orders from customers, event servers, and service personnelMixes/follows, ingredients/recipes such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks as specified. Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.Collects money for drinks and food served.Operates, balances and reconciles cash till and POS sales.Restocks to par levels before and after each shiftCleans/arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.Slices/prepares and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.Monitors consumption of alcohol by guests.Maintain clean and sanitary workspace and serving conditions with dated food and beverage items, returning items after service.Assists event service team in set up, cleanup, side-work, running food, taking orders, etc.Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Performs other reasonable duties as requested by Management.SCHEDULEThis is not a Monday thru Friday job. It requires a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays.
