Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Barback for events to support setup, restock, cleanliness, and hospitality. Responsibilities include filling ice bins, cutting garnish, stocking glassware and liquor, and assisting during events to ensure smooth service.

You will work under the Head Bartender, maintain FIFO practices, keep areas clean, and assist with waste disposal. This role requires teamwork and reliable attendance to meet event timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RAMP Certificate required within 90 days of hire.
• At least 2 years of related experience in food and beverage service.
• Basic mathematical ability for portion control and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with setup and restocking during events.
• Fill ice bins, cut garnishes, and stock glassware and liquor.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and comply with SOPs.
• Report shortages to Head Bartender and help with waste disposal.
