Job summary

CESCAPHE EVENT GROUP is seeking a Barback to support events with setup, breakdown, restocking, and hospitality. You will maintain clean bars, manage ice, garnish, glassware, and liquor stock while assisting bartenders and following venue procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a RAMP certificate within 90 days. At least 2 years of related experience and strong English communication are preferred for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RAMP Certificate required within 90 days of hire.
• At least 2 years’ related experience.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and volume.
• Ability to solve problems with concrete variables and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Clear communication in English in a guest-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down and restock products and tools for events.
• Fill ice bins, cut garnish, restock glassware and liquor.
• Keep bars clean and organized; rotate stock using FIFO.
• Assist bartenders during events and handle tasks as directed by Head Bartender.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to SOPs and venue procedures.
