Greenawalt Hospitality is seeking experienced and dependable Event Bar Leads to oversee beverage service during live events in Auburn, Alabama. The role combines hands-on bartending with team leadership, guest service, and event operations.

This working leadership position requires staying active behind the bar, directing the team, ensuring smooth beverage operations, and maintaining professional guest interactions throughout each event.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing event schedules.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in busy event environments and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable transportation to assigned event locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and regulations.
• Lead bartenders, bar-backs, and other beverage staff during events.
• Reinforce responsible alcohol service practices throughout each shift.
• Set an example for quality drinks and professional guest interactions.
• Oversee bar operations and ensure smooth beverage service during busy periods.
• Oversee end-of-event bar cleanup, breakdown, and equipment return.
