Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and monitors the performance of assigned banquet staff; ensures procedures meet department and location standards.
• Maintains knowledge of service requirements for each function and communicates expectations to banquet staff.
• Greets guests upon arrival and assists in seating as required; maintains guest relations and ensures a pleasant visit.
• Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
• Supervises event setup and breakdown; maintains cleanliness and organization of facility.
