Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve courses at events on banquet patio, racetrack apron, or banquet facility.
• Totals bill, presents check, accepts payment, and makes change.
• Ladles soup, portions desserts, brews coffee and assists kitchen staff as needed.
• Restock and reset counters or tables between courses.
• Promote superior guest service and professionalism.
