Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet servers to ensure efficient, elegant service.
• Serve courses from kitchen and service bars; garnish and decor dishes.
• Monitor guests for requests and determine when meals are complete.
• Handle payments at the table and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness; restock items and assist other servers as needed.
• Verify age for alcohol service and enforce ID checks.
