Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events and banquets. You will apply our service standards, greet guests, and coordinate with the banquet team to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires a high school diploma, current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and previous F&B event experience. You will work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and uphold safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, especially in banquet or event settings.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and provide exceptional service at all events.
• Execute food and beverage orders with attentiveness and promptness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and special event features.
• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcome and valued.
• Communicate effectively with the banquet team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of events, including table arrangements and decor.
