Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Banquet Server to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold product quality standards during meetings and events. You will circulate the room and perform food and beverage services, with the role requiring flexible scheduling based on guest occupancy and event needs.

This position emphasizes guest service excellence, safety, and cleanliness across all service steps, from setup to breakdown.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serving guests while carrying plates of food on trays.
• Keeping glasses full, removing each round of plates, and replenishing utensils.
• Perform cleaning tasks along with the assembly and breakdown of service.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service.
• Ensuring a wonderful experience from beginning to end while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
