Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders.
• Serve food and beverages focusing on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Support the event contact and manage guest needs professionally.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Atrium policies to ensure a safe environment.
