Wequassett is seeking a banquet service team member to set up function spaces, greet guests, and assist with food and beverage service during events. You will ensure items are in place according to the banquet event order and floor plan, while maintaining professional guest interactions and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include taking beverage orders, serving food, delivering orders, and assisting with payments as needed.

Formación

• Experience in banquet/event service is preferred.
• Ability to setup function spaces per BEO and floor plan.
• Knowledge of safety and allergy awareness for food service.

Responsabilidades

• Set up function areas according to BEO and floor plan.
• Greet guests and take beverage orders; serve food as listed.
• Deliver orders, check guest satisfaction, and process payments when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, tables, and service areas.
• Support post-event clean-up and restocking of stations.
