Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Destination by Hyatt is seeking On Call Events Servers to provide exceptional banquet service in a premium Colorado Springs setting. Responsibilities include setup, menu presentation, and beverage service with attention to guest satisfaction.

The position requires prior events or banquet server experience and bartending skills, with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous events/banquet server experience required.
• Bartending experience including beer, wine and cocktail service in banquet, catering or hotel environment required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weight.
• Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Perform setup and side work to ensure timely service.
• Read and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and menus.
• Serve guests according to hotel standards.
• Set up and service as banquet bartender as scheduled.
• Respond to guest problems and communicate with management.
