Job summary

The Union League of Philadelphia is seeking an Audio/Visual Technician within the Event Services department to ensure proper setup and operation of audio/visual equipment for private events. You will work with the Housemen team, follow SOPs, and address last-minute changes with our Private Event Sales and Planning groups.

Qualifications

• Sets up and operates AV and computer equipment as required.
• Maintains SOPs and adheres to Event Services Manager directions.
• Interacts with Housemen team to ensure events meet Union League standards.
• Performs regular inspections and maintains housekeeping and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all audio visual and computer equipment.
• Adheres to AV Tech SOP as established by Event Services Manager.
• Works with Housemen team to execute B.E.O.s per Union League standards.
• Conducts monthly inventory of supplies, equipment, and furnishings.
• Coordinates with Private Event Sales and Planning and guests for last-minute changes.
• Handles customer-related problems on shift or in the absence of managers.
