Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia seeks an experienced Audio/Visual technician to install, operate and maintain AV systems across casino and event spaces. You will troubleshoot audio and video equipment, manage inventory, and support conference and training rooms.

You will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cover events and on-call rotations. Strong guest service, technical, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical degree or certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Audio/Visual.
• Must comply with state gaming regulations which may include obtaining a license.
• Strong technical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and provide end-user support for Audio Visual equipment and control systems.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot video and audio systems.
• Maintain AV equipment inventory and assist with back-of-house AV systems.
• Support special event systems, entertainment systems, and marketing/media systems.
