Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking energetic Event Appointment Setters to represent us at local home shows, fairs, and festivals across Southern California. You will engage homeowners, educate them about our bathroom remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with guaranteed 20–30 hours per week and a $20/hour base pay plus a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment that leads to a completed

What You'll Do

As an Event Appointment Setter, you'll be the face of our company at events and promotional booths. Your primary responsibility will be engaging homeowners, educating them about our bathroom remodeling services, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20 per hour
• Guaranteed 20–30 hours per week
• Earn a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment you set that results in a completed demonstration/consultation

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required
• Retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurant, event marketing, or sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Ability and willingness to drive to scheduled events throughout the territory
• Must live within 25 miles of Temecula, CA or Murrieta, CA
