Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking energetic Event Appointment Setters to represent our company at local home shows, fairs, festivals, and retail locations throughout Southern California. This is a flexible part-time role with guaranteed hours and a competitive hourly wage.

You’ll engage homeowners, educate them about our bathroom remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team, earning a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment you set that

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required
• Weekend availability required
• Must live within 25 miles of Temecula, CA or Murrieta, CA
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Willingness to drive to scheduled events throughout the territory

Responsibilities

• Engage event attendees and start conversations with potential customers
• Generate leads and schedule qualified in-home appointments
• Promote bathroom remodeling products and services professionally
• Set up and break down event displays and promotional booths
• Travel to various events throughout the local market area
• Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times
• Coordinate with the Events Coordinator before, during, and after events
• Maintain event materials, displays, and marketing assets
• Help create an exciting and welcoming booth environment

What You'll Do

As an Event Appointment Setter, you'll be the face of our company at events and promotional booths. Your primary responsibility will be engaging homeowners, educating them about our bathroom remodeling services, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.

Responsibilities include:

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20 per hour
• Guaranteed 20-30 hours per week
• Earn a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment you set that results in a completed demonstration/consultation

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required
• Retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurant, event marketing, or sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license
