Job summary

The University of Denver, CAHSS, seeks a part-time student employee to support the Associate Dean for Curricular Advancement and imp:ACT Institute program heads by coordinating events, booking rooms, handling setup, and greeting attendees.

You will assist with program needs, help recruit students, distribute flyers, and ensure smooth event operations on campus. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail, with a schedule focused on two midday shifts per week.

Required Qualifications:

Current DU undergraduate or graduate student enrolled for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Available 12pm-2pm two weekdays per week throughout the 2026-7 academic year.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with program planning or event management.

Experience with undergraduate program management.

Open-office environment.Unexpected interruptions often occur, and stress level is moderate to high.Noise level is quiet to moderate.

Physical Activities:

Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period. Occasionally required to move about the office/campus. Capability of transporting objects up to 20 lbs.
