The University of Denver, CAHSS, seeks a part-time student employee to support the Associate Dean for Curricular Advancement and imp:ACT Institute program heads by coordinating events, booking rooms, handling setup, and greeting attendees.

Attend and help run events, including welcoming attendees, checking technology set-up, etc.
Work with Associate Dean for Curricular Advancement and imp:ACT Institute program heads on program needs, including supporting student recruitment, hanging course flyers, etc.
Interest in interdisciplinary programs, events and communication, or higher education.
Ability to communicate with faculty, staff, and students.
Attention to detail in organizing and managing events.
Demonstrated dependability and follow through with tasks and assignments.
Current DU undergraduate or graduate student enrolled for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Available 12pm-2pm two weekdays per week throughout the 2026-7 academic year.
Experience with program planning or event management.
Experience with undergraduate program management.
Open-office environment.Unexpected interruptions often occur, and stress level is moderate to high.Noise level is quiet to moderate.
Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period. Occasionally required to move about the office/campus. Capability of transporting objects up to 20 lbs.
