Slick City Milford is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our action-packed park. You’ll help guests, manage events, and ensure safe, unforgettable celebrations.

As a party host assistant, you’ll greet guests, confirm details, coordinate flow, and assist with food, attractions, and supplies. This role requires energy, reliability, and strong communication; flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with competitive pay and tips.

Qualifications

• Comfortable handling basic transactions and using POS systems.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confirm party/event details, collect waivers, process payments, and provide wristbands.
• Greet guests, explain event flow, be the main contact during the celebration.
• Lead groups to reserved tables, guide attractions, keep the event on schedule and safe.
• Coordinate food service and ensure supplies; oversee delivery/setup of food and beverages.
• Demonstrate how to ride slides safely and explain basic rules to guests.
• Prepare event spaces, maintain cleanliness, and handle teardown to exceed host expectations.

Position Summary

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join us at Slick City Action Park! As part of our crew, you’ll help keep the park running smoothly, welcome guests with energy, and create safe, unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities

• 1. Event Confirmation & Check-In: Confirm party/event details with hosts, ensure waivers are completed, process payments, and provide wristbands and City Socks for all guests.
• 2. Guest Greeting & Communication: Welcome party guests with energy, explain the event flow, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the celebration.
• 3. Event Coordination & Flow: Lead birthday groups to their reserved tables, guide them through attractions, and keep the event on schedule while ensuring a fun, safe experience.
• 4. Food & Supplies Oversight: Help coordinate food service, ensure tables are stocked with necessary supplies, and oversee delivery/setup of food and beverages.
• 5. Attraction Guidance & Safety: Demonstrate how to slide properly, provide basic rules/directions, and help guests navigate attractions safely during the event.
• 6. Setup, Cleanup & Guest Satisfaction: Prepare event spaces before arrival, maintain cleanliness during the party, and handle teardown/cleanup after. Ensure the host family feels supported and their expectations are exceeded.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain active on your feet for extended periods of time (up to 6–8 hours per shift).
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, and stretch while supervising attractions and assisting guests.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. (e.g., restocking supplies, moving equipment, assisting with party/event setups).
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations, including moving rapidly across attractions.
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment with flashing lights and high guest activity.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members in a noisy environment.

Work Schedule

Team members may be scheduled for a variety of shifts, including morning, day, evening, or night shifts. Shifts are typically up to 8 hours, and flexibility is required to meet the needs of the park.
