  • Develop scorecards and other artifacts to keep the broader organization informed and engaged.
  • Use Salesforce dashboards and other analytics tools to track event ROI, campaign performance, and lead progression.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing operations reports to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for optimization across physical and digital events.

Event Management & Planning

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for field events, trade shows, summits, and conferences—including venue research, vendor coordination, shipping, staffing, and booth, or meeting room/suite logistics.
  • Manage event registration, materials preparation, onsite setup and teardown, onsite event logistics (coordinating hotel/location staff or delivering directly), and post-event reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Industry Solutions, and Consulting/Advisory to ensure alignment and execution at all in-person engagements.
  • Track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables with a strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Consulting/Advisory on customer events (e.g, dinners, happy hour, etc) at the event.
  • Manage multiple workstreams in our annual Access Insights conference, such as registration, speaker management, event logistics, sponsor management, content, and more. This is a highly visible, critical event where transparency to the rest of the organization and leadership is vital.
