Ellie Mental Health - Meridian, ID is seeking experienced therapists (LMFT, LAMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW) for evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule to serve our community.

You'll conduct assessments, treatment planning, maintain a caseload, collaborate with school and medical partners, and participate in team meetings, supported by reduced admin burden and telehealth options.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho licensed (LMFT, LAMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW).
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence.
• Comfortable with technology and EHR system.
• Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations.

Responsibilities

• Evenings and Weekends Flex Schedule.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes).
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 scheduled sessions and minimum 16 completed visits weekly.

What You’ll Do

• Evenings and Weekends Flex Schedule
• Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes)
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 scheduled sessions and minimum 16 completed visits weekly.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients
• Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community
• Use evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals
• Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities

Required Qualifications

• Active Idaho licensed (LMFT, LAMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence
• Comfortable with technology and EHR system
• Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations

Preferred

• Credentialed with major insurance panels and/or bringing an established caseload
• Experience working across diverse populations and age groups
