Miamitwpoh Building Monitor role involves overseeing facility rentals during evenings and weekend hours, opening the building before each rental and securing it after. You will remain on-site throughout each event and assist renters by answering questions and addressing issues as they arise.

Responsibilities include light cleaning, moving tables and chairs, and ensuring the facility is left in orderly condition.

Competenze

• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Open the building prior to each rental and lock up following the rental.
• Remain on-site throughout the duration of rentals and assist renters with questions or issues.
• Provide light cleaning and assist with moving tables and chairs; ensure the facility is left in orderly condition.
