Miami Township, Clermont County is seeking a Building Monitor to oversee facility rentals during evenings and weekends. The role requires opening the building, staying on-site for the duration of each event, and assisting renters with questions and issues.

Light cleaning and setup/teardown duties are also expected, with a focus on keeping the facility orderly after each rental. Candidates must have flexible availability, including nights and weekends, and be able to work independently.

The Building Monitor is responsible for overseeing facility rentals during evening and weekend hours as needed. Duties include opening and securing the building before and after rentals, remaining on-site throughout the duration of each event, and providing assistance to renters by answering questions and addressing any issues that arise. Additional responsibilities may include light cleaning, moving tables and chairs, and ensuring the facility is left in an orderly condition following each rental. Candidates must have flexible availability, including nights and weekends, and be able to work independently.

• Available nights and weekends as needed for rentals
• Employee will open the building prior to the rental and lock up following the rental.
• Employee will be available throughout the duration of the rentals to answer any questions and/or problem-solve any issues.
• Employee must remain in the building throughout the duration of the rental.
• Light cleaning and lifting of tables/chairs is probable.

Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
