Job summary

RHA Health Services in Willow Grove, PA is hiring a Direct Support Professional for part-time shifts (Friday 4p–11p, Saturday 11p–7a). This role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges in community settings.

You will promote independence, assist with daily living activities, and advocate for clients’ rights, while working under supervision and using person-centered plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Meet all pre-employment screening.
