RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a full-time night shift in Bensalem, PA. You will provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs, helping them engage in the community and work toward personal goals.

You will advocate for rights, assist with daily living activities, and promote independence while maintaining careful records and following state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years old.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with individuals and teams.
• Knowledge of disability rights, self-advocacy, and community integration.
• Ability to maintain records and follow regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.
