Job summary

LSI SOLUTIONS in Victor, NY is seeking an Operations Maintenance Technician Level II for the evening shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm). The technician will plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical/electrical issues, and perform unscheduled repairs to keep production running on a 170,000+ sq ft campus.

The role requires 3–5 years in hands-on maintenance in manufacturing, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a hands‑on maintenance position in a production manufacturing environment or equivalent experience with mechanical/electro‑mechanical equipment (e.g., maintenance specialist in military).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance following established work instructions.
• Maintains fluids and lubrication per manufacturers’ best practices.
• Monitor inventory of spare components and machine consumables.
• Record and analyze data.
• Maintain maintenance records for equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs failures.
• Disassembles to remove and replace parts.
• Interprets machine operation manuals and identifies problem source.
• Support training of Level I.
