Job summary

LSI SOLUTIONS is seeking an Operations Maintenance Technician II for the evening shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) at our Victor, NY site. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and executing repairs to keep production lines running efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a production setting, with the ability to read schematics and perform root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a production/manufacturing environment or equivalent (mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot guides; communicate requirements to supervisors.
• Willingness to work overtime to support production operations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, following safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance following established work instructions.
• Maintains fluids and lubrication by following manufacturer practices.
• Monitors inventory of spare components and consumables.
• Records and analyzes data related to maintenance activities.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance/repair and troubleshoots failures; disassembles and replaces parts.
• Interprets operation manuals and identifies problem sources; supports Level I training.
