Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Permit or ServSafe Certification required.
• Food service, hospital diet office, and cash register experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver food trays to hospital patients.
• Obtain food orders and determine items needed for specific diets on trays.
• Record daily dietary data and provide information to Dietitians.
• Assist with catering events and customer service at the cash register.
• Wash dishes and clean work areas, stock items, and receive shipments.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
