Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, UT is seeking a part-time Food Services Associate for evening shifts. You will prepare and deliver patient meals, assist with dietary orders, and support catering and front-line service.

The role also includes receiving shipments, stocking, and maintaining clean work areas, while upholding compassionate patient-focused service. Food handlers permit or ServSafe certification required; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Food handlers permit or ServSafe certification required.
• Food service, hospital diet office, and cash register experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver food trays to hospital patients.
• Obtain food orders and determine apportioned items for specific diets on trays.
• Record daily dietary data and relay diet information to Dietitians.
• Assist with catering events.
• Assist customers with cash register food purchases.
• Wash dishes and clean work areas, counters, and equipment.
• Receive shipments and properly store food and supplies.
• Inventory and stock items in various hospital areas.
• Provide efficient, friendly customer service to clients.
• Assist with pots and pans.
