Covenant Living Communities and Services in North Dakota seeks a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to deliver quality resident care across assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care settings. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing in the state.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Commitment to professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per nursing standards and facility procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and coordinate with physician and families.
• Assist in orientation and training of new LPN/LVN and nursing assistants.
• Communicate observations to the Nurse Manager and other leaders.
• Observe residents’ health and report significant changes promptly.
• Assist with procedures such as catheter care, dressings, and tubes as needed.
• Participate in shift handoffs to ensure accurate resident information.
• Transcribe and communicate physician orders for diets and therapies.

Education

Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program

Current LPN/LVN license in good standing (state)
