Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide direct care in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care. You will monitor staff performance, coordinate care with physicians, and contribute to a faith-based, supportive environment for residents.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program with current Minnesota licensure and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
• Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
• One year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the work of nursing assistants and ensure high standard of nursing care.
• Assist in orientation and training of staff to maintain quality of care.
• Explain nursing procedures and provide staff with ongoing training.
