Devereux is seeking an entry-level Direct Support Professional to assist children and adolescents in a behavioral health setting. Primary responsibilities include daily living support, documentation, and participation in a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, human services, sociology, social work, education or related fields.
• Experience with individuals under 21 with behavioral/mental health needs is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, drug screen and background check satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities and provide emotional and behavior support.
• Document shift reports, incident reports and progress notes accurately.
• Support treatment plans and safety protocols within a therapeutic environment.
