Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Yard Jockey for 2nd shift to move and spot trailers and box trucks across the yard, supporting efficient distribution and warehousing. This full-time hourly role offers overtime opportunities and weekend work as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience with trailer handling, strong safety practices, and reliable, punctual performance. CDL is preferred but not required, and eligible benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience driving and maneuvering trailers and box trucks.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong safety record and reliability.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Move, position, and park trailers and box trucks in the yard.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and drivers.
• Maintain logs and yard procedures.
• Support yard organization and housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety policies and SOPs.
